What Are Badges?
Badges are achievements you earn by participating in the AtlasPixels community. They represent your contributions, engagement, and expertise. Badges appear under your name in posts, comments, and your profile, showcasing your accomplishments to the community.
How Do I Earn Badges?
Badges are automatically awarded when you complete specific actions or reach milestones:
- Complete your profile and add portfolio projects
- Create posts and engage with the community
- Write studio reviews and share salary information
- Connect with other Pixels and build your network
- Help mentor and guide other community members
- Explore platform features and contribute valuable content
Badge Tiers
Badges are organized into four tiers, each representing different levels of achievement:
Common
1x XPEasy to earn badges for completing early onboarding actions and basic platform engagement
Rarity: 60% - 100% • Difficulty: Easy
Rare
2x XPRequires repeated engagement and consistent platform participation
Rarity: 25% - 59% • Difficulty: Moderate
Epic
5x XPRequires high-value contributions and significant platform impact
Rarity: 5% - 24% • Difficulty: Hard
Legendary
10x XPVery high difficulty or special status badges for exceptional achievements
Rarity: 0% - 5% • Difficulty: Very Hard
XP Rewards
Each badge awards XP (experience points) that contribute to your Pixel level. Higher tier badges award more XP:
- Common badges: Base XP × 1
- Rare badges: Base XP × 2
- Epic badges: Base XP × 5
- Legendary badges: Base XP × 10
Where Are Badges Displayed?
Your badges appear in multiple places across the platform:
- Under your name in feed posts
- Next to your comments on posts
- In the leaderboard rankings
- On your profile page (full badge collection)
- In the Top Pixels section on the homepage

- Each review must receive at least 1 helpful vote

Requirements:
- Upload 5 or more portfolio projects

Requirements:
- Vote helpful on 20 different reviews

- Have 10 accepted connections
